The world is currently in a state of continued shock whilst trying to deal with Covid-19 and it is hard for everyone to find positivity at the moment with so much uncertainty. Find the things that make you happy and stick with them, continue to dream and as you can't live your dreams right now you can plan them.

News update coming soon but in the meantime keep connected to the ones you love. There is a powerful force of change, love and support out there in the world - believe it. We will find a way to navigate our way through this terrible terrible storm. Look up at the sky where you can see it - find the joy in the sunshine, the moon, the stars and nature. It will ground you - you will be surprised how much better it makes you feel. Think of your loved ones that you are separated from and remember that they are all connected by the sky. The sea connects us, and the ground "grounds" us. Try and plant a tiny seed into a pot and put it in your window, you will enjoy watching it grow. If you stand still, with your knees slightly bent, and with your arms hanging loose (a tip taught to me by my acupuncturist) you will feel calmer. Try it!

There are lots of jewellers, artists and craftsmen/craftswomen in lockdown - along with the rest of the world - and many of us are currently looking at ways to redefine our work and businesses and to give each other a helping hand.
