All items are posted by Special Delivery and are packaged in a gift box. Should you require normal postage, please advise and the cost can be reviewed.

Postage costs for large orders will be agreed in writing separately at the time of ordering.

Items will be accepted for return provided that they are returned by registered post/recorded delivery/special delivery. Goods must be returned immediately the following day, after delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent and no items will be accepted as faulty unless a full complaint is received in writing immediately upon receipt of goods. Please note that earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded due to health and safety requirements. An order request with payment constitutes acceptance of these return conditions.
